Job description

Role: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Oxford

Pay: Up to £130 per day (dependent on skills and experience)

Completely Care are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Oxford, working within education settings to empower students to reach their full potential.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the mental, physical, social, and cultural development of students, preparing them for life beyond the classroom.
Using strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and other colleagues.
Providing tailored one-to-one or group support, working closely with Class Teachers and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
Assisting in delivering engaging, individualised learning activities that meet the needs of each student.
Acting as a role model to encourage personal growth, independence, and confidence in young people.
Helping students develop safer, more effective ways to communicate their needs and interact with others.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in learning support or care roles, ideally with a background in working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism, particularly in educational settings.
