Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

About the Role:
You will work closely with teachers and the SEN department to deliver targeted interventions, support pupils with EHCPs, and help create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 and small group support
  • Supporting learners with ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties
  • Assisting in classroom planning and resource preparation
  • Collaborating with SENCOs and external agencies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant (minimum 6 months)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A patient, flexible, and proactive mindset
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
