Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: A GBP 21,819 - A GBP 22,917 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay (Pro Rata) (A GBP 24,404 - A GBP 25,183 per annum FTE)

Hours: Permanent, 37.5 hours a week, term time + 2 weeks

The Academy seeks to recruit enthusiastic professionals to be part of their expanding SEND Team.

While experience is valued, they are looking for individuals with a growth mindset to develop their department. The team plays a key role in supporting the ethos of "Every Teacher as a Teacher of SEND," facilitating SEND provision within the school, and providing learners with highly personalised support to ensure success in all aspects of their development.

The Role

Learning Support Assistants are deployed in various ways, including delivering in-class support, small group or 1:2:1 interventions, and support within their in-house specialist Nurture classrooms, Cognition and Learning Base, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Base.
