KGA Brune Park is looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team and make a real difference to the lives of our pupils.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, wellbeing and inclusion, helping them to develop confidence, independence and positive attitudes towards learning.
Working alongside teaching staff and the SEND team, you will provide support to individual pupils and small groups, helping them to access lessons, understand instructions, develop their skills and make progress.

You will have:
Experience of supporting pupils with SEND, either individually or in small groups, would be desirable, as would a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant training in learning, communication or social and emotional interventions.
