Job summary

St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust’s De Lisle College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students with diverse learning needs. Two permanent posts are available, working 30 hours 40 minutes per week across 39 weeks per year within a Catholic secondary school.

The role focuses on one-to-one and small-group support, helping learners build confidence, independence and progress while collaborating with teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment.

Salary: £ 24,796-£ 25,583 Actual Salary (FTE £17,571- £18,129)
