College Personal Care Support Assistant | September Start

CER Education Recruitment are recruiting a member of staff to work full time in a Special Needs Environment at a College in Lambeth as Person Care Learning Support Assistants to start on the 1st of September. The college SEN Environment puts an emphasis not only on personal care for students with Profound and Multiple Disabilities but also learning and education development as well.

The successful candidates will support learners with Personal Care Support, and work alongside the Health Care Lead and curriculum teaching staff to provide essential learning and accessibility support to young people and adults with SEN

Interviews directly with the College for successful candidates will be taking place in the coming days

Ideal you will have the following:

• GCSE Maths and English or Equivalent
• Experience with children and/or adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and personal care along with training such as Hoist Operation, Personal Care, Medication Administration, Etc.
• A Vaild DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
