A friendly and inclusive primary school in Epping is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. This role will involve working alongside class teachers to support children with their learning and development, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The school is looking for someone who is warm, reliable, and passionate about helping children thrive both academically and socially. You’ll be working across the classroom, sometimes on a 1:1 basis and other times supporting small groups, making every day varied and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to pupils to help them access the curriculum and build confidence.

Work 1:1 with children who may need additional help with learning or social skills.

Support the class teacher with lesson activities and behaviour management.

Encourage independence and celebrate pupils’ achievements.

Help create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where all children feel supported.
