Roecroft Lower School is seeking two Learning Support Assistants to join our team as soon as possible. The roles involve supporting pupils under the instruction of teaching staff, with duties across educational and personal development areas.

Salary is on the NJC Level 2a scale (£25,614–£26,016 FTE) with actual pro rata for 20 hours (£12,055–£12,244). This is term-time only with +5 inset days and the posts require Enhanced DBS clearance.

NJC Level 2a Points 3-4 £25,614 - £26,016 FTE
Actual pro rata salary £12,055 - £12,244
20 hours (9am - 1pm), Term Time Only (+5 inset days)

RESPONSIBLE TO: Headteacher/Classroom Teacher

JOB PURPOSE: Under the instruction and guidance of teaching staff/SLT, to undertake educational activities and attend to the educational, personal and social needs of pupils in order to support their learning and development and to ensure their safety.

We will be interviewing on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close this vacancy prior to the advertised deadline if a suitable candidate is successfully recruited for this position.
