Job description

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting

Education:

  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare

Experience:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Experience in supporting learning across different age groups

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of EYFS, SEN, and Primary curriculum
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Good organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Additional training in specific areas such as Autism Awareness or Makaton

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: Full-Time, temporary position
  • Supporting students in various educational settings
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
