Learning Support Assistant

Folkestone

£440 - £550 per week

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join an exceptional Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Folkestone. This is a rewarding role where you will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, supporting them to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and social, emotional & mental health needs (SEMH).
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
  • Support pupils with communication, sensory and emotional regulation needs.
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
