Learning Support Assistant Position

A mainstream client based a short commute from Didcot is actively seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract basis. This role involves organizing the classroom, assisting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons, and providing one-to-one support to students during lessons. To succeed, you must be genuinely committed to student development and confident in managing challenging behaviour.

The School

You will join a highly successful school known for mature and driven students. The school benefits from strong leadership at the SLT and departmental levels. While experience in similar roles is beneficial, this position is also ideal for graduates and aspiring teachers with minimal classroom experience seeking to start their career in education. The salary range is £24,294 to £25,979 FTE.
