Job summary

JobsTrackR is promoting a Learning Support Assistant role at a welcoming secondary school in Chatham. The position covers September/October 2026 start, full-time or part-time or supply, term-time only, with a competitive salary.

You will work with teachers and the SEND department to support students with SEND, adapting resources, monitoring progress, and providing pastoral support within a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within a secondary school.
• Experience supporting students with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH or moderate learning difficulties, is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring and resilient approach.

Responsibilities
