Are you passionate about helping young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) thrive?

ABC Teachers is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic SEND school in Dudley this September. If you’re ready for a rewarding, full-time role where you can have a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the emotional, educational, and social development of students with complex needs.
• Assisting teachers in delivering an engaging, inclusive curriculum.
• Providing 1:1 or small group support for students aged 4–19, adapting to their individual learning styles.
• Committing to a full-time role where your presence truly matters, every single day.

What We’re Looking For

• A relevant Level 2/3 TA or Childcare qualification is desirable, but passion and experience matter most.
• Experience working with children or young people who have additional needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.
• Able to provide references and clear an enhanced DBS check.
