Learning Support Assistant Role

A mainstream client based a short commute from Cheltenham is actively seeking a compassionate and inspiring Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP on a full-time permanent basis. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisation skills and confidence in managing challenging behaviour. The role involves providing one-to-one support for students, including those with complex learning needs and SEN requirements. You will play a crucial role in guiding students across various ages and abilities to enhance their understanding of the curriculum.

The School
