You’re the calm in the storm, the quiet encourager, the one who makes a tricky day feel manageable.

We’re looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs school in Bromley. This is a full-time, long-term role where you’ll work closely with pupils who need that extra bit of support—whether that’s 1:1, in small groups, or simply being that steady presence in the classroom.

What the role involves:

• Providing tailored support to children with additional needs, including SEND
• Working alongside teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting emotional regulation, classroom routines, and confidence building
• Being a key contact for parents and part of a genuinely supportive school community

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (especially in SEND settings)
