This full-time, long-term supply role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who need it most, providing them with the tools and support for both in and out of the classroom. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH
• Supporting the class teacher with positive and captivating learning approaches

To be considered for this role, candidates should ideally have:

• Experience working within an educational setting
• Good knowledge/ understanding of SEND
• Two education or school-based references
• A calm, positive and resilient nature
• The ability to work using your own initiative
