Who we are:

Cambian Beverley School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school, providing specialist education for up to 16 students, aged 9-18 years with ongoing social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Supervise and support students in the classroom and community settings.
• Assist teachers in planning learning activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and students.
• Encourage and motivate students to learn and develop.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, including clarifying and explaining instructions.
• Support students in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis.
• Help students participate in learning activities according to their needs.
• Produce accurate and timely reports/records.
• Assist students in accessing the national curriculum, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills development.
