Job summary

Bierton CE Combined School in Aylesbury is seeking a friendly Learning Support Assistant to help children across the school find their spark and make good progress.

You will work closely with teachers to support learners, including those with Special Education Needs, and to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

This role suits a bubbly, patient, motivated person who can adapt to different classes and provide 1:1 support where needed.

We are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic Learning support assistant to work with children across the school. Experience of working with children with Special Education and Behavioural Needs is desirable but not essential. Working with a child 1:1 can be very rewarding as you witness them achieve things with such excitement. You will work closely with the teaching staff to provide the best support and environment for the children to allow them to make good progress and ‘Find their Sparkle’
