NATS Ltd is seeking a Learning Specialist to join our HR team in delivering engaging learning experiences. You will facilitate sessions, design and evaluate learning solutions, and support continuous improvement aligned with our organisational goals.
This fixed-term 12-month contract offers hybrid working arrangements across the UK. The role requires strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with experience in learning and development and a willingness to pursue
Salary - £41,490.24 - £55,320.32

This is a facilitation-focused role where you'll spend the majority of your time delivering impactful learning experiences that inspire, develop and empower our colleagues. You'll be an experienced facilitator who thrives in front of an audience, can adapt your style to different groups and creates engaging learning environments where people feel confident to participate, learn and grow.
Working closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders, you'll also support the design, evaluation and continuous improvement of learning solutions that drive performance and support our organisational goals.
