As a member of this team, the Learning & Skills Optimisation Consultant will drive a culture where learning and skills development enable colleagues to take accountability for achieving their personal and career development, whilst also supporting M&G to achieve its strategy – aligned with our values and behaviours. In addition, they will support the development, alignment and execution of our digital learning strategy to deliver a simplified, personalised, one-stop-shop and an exceptional learner experience.
