Learning Resource Apprentice
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: 19,000 - 25,000 (Apprentice Band)
Hours: Full-time Fixed-term Apprenticeship

We're working with a vibrant further education college in Greater Manchester to recruit an enthusiastic Learning Resource Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Learning Support and Resources department, helping to develop and deliver exceptional student support.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist learners and staff in using both digital and print resources

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the college's Learning Resource Centres

  • Maintain resources, systems and cataloguing

  • Contribute to the delivery of engaging learning spaces and online content

  • Collaborate with academic and support teams to enhance learning experiences

  • Help implement digital and blended learning initiatives



Essential Requirements:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grade C or above or working towards)

  • Level 3 qualification in Administration or IT (or willingness to work towards)

  • Strong IT, literacy, and communication skills

  • Enthusiasm for working with learners and supporting education

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including one evening per week
