Your new role

The Learning Partner is responsible for shaping and executing the learning strategy across intercontinental markets, aligning with brand and global learning objectives. Acting as a strategic orchestrator, the role translates stakeholder needs into impactful learning experiences across commercial, medical, and market access functions. This is a crucial role for a growing organisation. You will work with senior stakeholders to support the development and implementation of learning strategies.

  • Lead planning and execution of commercial learning launch plans and post-launch learning interventions.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to design, pilot, and implement learning solutions.
  • Gather insights from stakeholders to tailor learning strategies and tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional learning agendas and ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Leverage digital platforms to enhance learning experiences.
What you'll need to succeed
  • 3–5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with international exposure.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end commercial learning launches.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the pharma market and ways of working.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
