Choreograph is WPP's global data products and technology company, on a mission to transform marketing through a fast, connected data platform that bridges strategy and scaled activation. We collaborate with agencies and clients to leverage data, technology, and analytics, delivering solutions via the Open Media Studio, an AI-enabled media and data platform. Our team of over 1,000 thinkers, builders, creators, and problem solvers operate across 20 markets worldwide.

Note: This is a UK-based role requiring right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine a comprehensive training strategy for OMS and related products.
  • Plan, execute, and track training initiatives to achieve measurable results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training paths complement broader schedules.
  • Align content with business objectives to maximize engagement.
  • Oversee LMS deployment and improvement.
  • Manage external partnerships for current and engaging content.
  • Monitor metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Implement data-driven improvements for content and delivery.
  • Report regularly to leadership on training performance, adoption, and impact.
Qualifications
