Hours of work: 14 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service). As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

Single Status Grade 3 £24,796 per annum (pro rata)

We are seeking to appoint to our team of hardworking and enthusiastic Learning Mentors who would act as role models to our students.
The post would be perfect for individuals who have completed their current phase of education and wish to experience working in a professional environment before embarking on their chosen career path.

The successful candidates will help to develop students' confidence, supporting with literacy and numeracy and to guide them how to access education to achieve their highest potential. The post may also involve a combination of targeted work in our inclusion room with students who are hard to reach and present with challenging behaviours and in class support across the curriculum with students within SEN.
They will need to have excellent communications skills, tolerance and sensitivity.
