Job summary

Pivot Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join our dedicated team, helping learners across our specialist provision. You will work with pupils across our sites to support attendance, engagement and learning, contributing to personalised strategies that enable progress.

The role focuses on building relationships with learners and families, supporting delivery of targeted interventions and fostering inclusive education within our centres.

Qualifications

• Support learners with social, emotional and academic needs.
• Provide one-to-one and group support to help learners engage with education.
• Assist teachers in managing the learning environment and delivering targeted interventions.
• Act as a key worker, supporting attendance, engagement and achievement through coaching and regular reviews.
• Build strong, positive relationships with learners, families and external professionals.
