Learning Mentor – Alternative Provision (Full-time or Term-time Contracts Available)

Are you passionate about helping young people re-engage with learning and reach their potential? We’re working with an Alternative Learning Provision that supports students who are not currently in full-time mainstream education. Through tailored one-to-one mentoring, learning sessions, and enrichment activities, this provision helps young people overcome barriers and find the right pathway back into education.

Responsibilities
  • Build positive relationships with young people and inspire confidence.
  • Create engaging learning opportunities and deliver tailored mentoring and learning sessions.
  • Support students to overcome barriers and pathways back into education.
