Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and experienced SEND team to provide individualised support to key students with SEND. The role involves helping students access learning effectively across the curriculum, making progress with personalised SEN outcomes and provision targets.

If you are passionate about working as part of a dynamic and supportive team to contribute to the implementation of key strategies supporting students with SEND, we would love to hear from you.

This position offers an opportunity to bring existing skills and expertise to support ongoing practice development, particularly in specific areas of SEND. You will also benefit from further professional development as part of our expert team, enhancing your ability to identify and remove barriers to learning for students with various needs.

We are interested in candidates with experience working effectively with students with different types of needs, and welcome applications from those with both primary and secondary school experience.
