Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Sixth Form Learning Mentor to support 16–19 year‑old students in a Watford based secondary school. The role combines academic mentoring with pastoral support and supervising independent study, with a focus on attendance, punctuality and engagement.
You will mentor students individually and in small groups, helping them develop revision and organisation skills while assisting those facing barriers to learning.

Daily Rate: £170 per day

Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced and confident Sixth Form Learning Mentor to join a successful secondary school in Watford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting 16‑19‑year‑old students, combining academic mentoring, pastoral support and supervision of independent study.
You should have strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships with young people and confidence supporting students aged 16‑19.
Experience within a Sixth Form, college or post‑16 setting would be highly advantageous, as would experience supporting SEND, disadvantaged students or young people with barriers to learning.
A degree or Level 4 qualification is desirable but not essential for candidates with strong relevant experience.
