Chichester College Group is seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to join their Brinsbury Campus on a full-time, term-time basis. This role involves mentoring students, tracking their progress, and making a significant impact on their educational journey while working in a unique countryside setting.
Chichester College Group have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Mentor at our Brinsbury Campus. You will join us on a full time, term time only (37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year), permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of GBP24,791 to GBP25,935, pro rata, per annum (i.e. GBP22,502.60 - GBP23,541).

As our Learning Mentor, you will provide students with a high level of mentoring support providing them with the support and guidance to enable them to achieve their programme of study and transition pathways. You will motivate our learners and monitor their progress and play a key role in their student journey.

Our Learning Mentor will be a confident, enthusiastic communicator and have experience of working with and supporting a diverse range of young people. You will be passionate about inspiring and motivating our learners to help them progress in education and be successful post 16. You will have experience of supporting and learners with challenging behaviour to re-engage with education.
