South Gloucestershire & Stroud College at Stroud Campus is seeking a dedicated learner support worker to provide emotional, pastoral and academic assistance to students with social-emotional needs, helping them engage in education and achieve qualifications.
You will collaborate with teaching staff to develop personalised pathway plans, use de-escalation techniques to support anxious learners, and enable access to campus facilities and the local community.

FTE Salary: up to £25,572.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: up to £19,915.71
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Term Time only
Working Hours: up to 35 hours per week, 37 weeks per year
