The Role in Detail

This is more than just a job-it's an opportunity to build meaningful connections and change lives. You will provide one-to-one support to students aged 5 to 16, addressing both their behavioural and academic needs. Your work will include:

  • Skill Development: Helping students build vital coping strategies and life skills through engaging activities and weekly trips.

  • An understanding of school safeguarding and digital literacy.
Why Work with Us?

We believe in supporting our team members so they can, in turn, provide the best support for our students. We offer:

  • A Supportive Environment: You'll receive supportive coaching and training to help you grow and succeed in your role.
  • Work-Life Balance: We offer bespoke contracts to fit your availability and provide a Wellbeing Afternoon once every half term. We also understand the importance of family and will accommodate your need to attend special events for your own children, such as Sports Day or a Christmas play.
