About the Role

Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Mentor to support young people across Birmingham. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) education, who are passionate about guiding young people towards positive futures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor young people with challenging behaviour, helping them re-engage with education and community life.
  • Provide tailored support to those at risk of exclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, families, and external agencies to create intervention strategies.
  • Promote resilience, self-confidence, and positive decision-making in young people.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in SEMH settings or working with young people with perceived challenging behaviour.
