Job summary

Stockport Council is seeking a Learning and Improvement Lead for Family Help to drive transformation, lead learning and quality assurance across the service, and work with partners to ensure timely, targeted support for children and families.

You will be a qualified social worker with extensive experience in leading projects, using data to inform improvements, and delivering training. The role is full-time, permanent, hybrid based at Stopford House with homeworking.

Qualifications

• Qualified social worker with substantial experience in leading projects and service improvement.
• Strong leadership, programme management and analytical skills, with partnership experience.
