Working closely with curriculum staff, you will facilitate learning activities, provide individual and small-group support, and contribute to a high-quality learning experience. You will play an important role in supporting learners' academic, vocational, employability and personal development skills while helping to maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting learners with SEND, committed to promoting inclusion, and able to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues and support services across the College.
This is Part-time role for 22.5 hours per week and 38 weeks per year. Working days will be discussed with the successful candidate
Actual Salary for 22.5hours per week- 38 weeks per year: £15,725.31 - £17,145.68 (Full time equivalent of £27,944 - £30,468)

Let's Teach The LET's teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
