Learning Experience Designer, Advertising Trust Operations

Our products are strategically important to our Retail and Marketplace businesses, driving long-term growth. We deliver billions of ad impressions and millions of clicks daily, creating world-class products with a motivated, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team.

Key Job Responsibilities

This role will lead the transformation of the organization's learning ecosystem through innovative solutions and strategic leadership, focusing on integrating AI and LLM capabilities to revolutionize content creation and learner experiences. The primary architect of next-generation learning solutions, developing predictive quality models and automated systems to streamline workflows and proactively address learning gaps through data-driven insights.

  1. Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other learning experience designers to identify learning goals and outcomes.
  2. Understand learner roles deeply to ensure solutions meet their needs.
  3. Stay updated on developments in learning science, design, and technology.
  4. Develop scalable quality assessment frameworks, implement metrics to measure training impact, and target reductions in development cycle time and improvements in learner proficiency.
  5. Utilize expertise in authoring tools and agile methodologies to enhance instructional design processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze KPIs regularly to ensure data integrity and process improvements.
  7. Advance the organization's learning capabilities through innovative video production and impactful training modules, establishing an AI-first approach that balances automation with pedagogical excellence.
  8. Use ID tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, Storyline/Articulate, and Adobe to build content.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of implementing process improvements using data and metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and leveraging data for improvements
  • Strong instructional design skills, including adult learning principles, micro-learning, assessment design, adaptive learning, gamification, and social learning.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of leading end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 4+ years of process improvement experience
  • Stakeholder management experience across organizational levels
  • Experience in process building, project management, and scheduling
  • Understanding of AI content generation, validation, hybrid development, AI bias, and quality control
