Greater Manchester is at the forefront of innovation to transform the lives of local citizens. Our vision is to make Greater Manchester one of the best places in the world to grow up, get on, and grow old.
As part of our public service reform journey, we are enhancing our GM Live Well and Prevention initiatives, including our GM-wide response to Multiple Disadvantage. The role will be part of our Public Service Reform and Live Well team, working closely with GMCA Research colleagues. Our Learning and Evaluation approach will incorporate a broad range of tools and methods, supporting various purposes such as case making, insights generation, and evaluation for accountability and learning. We seek someone skilled in both quantitative and qualitative approaches to drive real change at individual, service, and system levels. This includes expertise in demand analysis, impact evaluation, financial appraisal, cost-benefit analysis, as well as qualitative methods like interviews, focus groups, ethnography, and community reporting.
You should be comfortable working with large datasets, engaging directly with communities experiencing multiple disadvantages, and able to blend technical skills with interpersonal abilities.
