As a Learning Disability Support Worker at Potens, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. Your role will involve collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff to create comprehensive support plans tailored to each individual's unique needs. Communication is key, and you’ll need to maintain positive and effective relationships with the clients and their families to ensure they receive consistent and holistic care.

Requirements
To thrive as a Learning Disability Support Worker, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Hours
Various roles with hours starting from 30hrs to 35hrs a week
Working Monday to Friday Including occasional weekends
Available for a sleep in if needed and happy to do so.
