We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker for Guernsey House. You will provide person-centred support, personal care, and help residents build independence and confidence in a warm, supportive team.
No fixed experience required as full training is provided; a Makaton-friendly approach and a full UK Driver's license are helpful. The role offers a permanent 42-hour contract with a 3 on/3 off rota and a welcoming, values-driven workplace.
Guernsey House is home to 4 women in their 20s who each use wheelchairs, one of which is non-verbal and communicates with Makaton, and they all have a shared passion for fashion, beauty, shopping, and coffee trips.
We're seeking team members who can share in these individuals' passions and provide support with a keen sense of fun and motivation.

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, no two days are alike - much like the diverse individuals we support.
