Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker on days for a fixed-term maternity cover (9 months) in Latchford, Warrington. This role supports up to six people with learning and physical disabilities, including PMLD, in a warm, welcoming residential home.

No experience is required—full training and qualifications are provided. You’ll be part of a small team delivering meaningful, person-centred support, helping residents exercise choice and independence.

• Caring and compassionate demeanour required for supporting adults with disabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a small, supportive team.
• Willingness to learn through training and qualifications provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred, meaningful support to residents.
• Help residents pursue choices, voices, dreams and independence.
• Assist with daily activities in a warm, homely residential setting.
• Comply with wellbeing and safety guidelines and support planning.
