We're on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Workers to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Dorset area.

Shift Pattern

Working on a shift pattern of the following (flexibility is required):

  • 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • 9:00 pm - 9:00 am

Role Requirements

  • You must have 2 years of learning disability experience working in a health or social care setting as a Learning Disability Support Worker.
  • PMVA 2 years experience required.
  • Autism awareness.
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license preferred.
  • Commitment to quality care and support.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
