A community housing service in Hugglescote is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help young adults with learning disabilities. You will provide 1:1 support, assist with daily living skills, and follow health and safety procedures. No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This role involves working shifts, including weekends, in a supportive environment recognized for employee wellbeing.
