A healthcare provider in Invergordon is seeking a part-time Learning Disability Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be willing to undergo required training. This permanent role offers a salary of £25,468-£27,486 pro-rata.

Location: Isobel Rhind Centre, Invergordon Highland Health & Social Care
Post Title: Learning Disability Support Worker Part-time (18hpw), permanent post. Band 03 Salary: £25,468-£27,486 pro-rata.
Highland Health and Social Care Services help people from all walks of life, as well as their families or carers. Health and Social Care in Highland provides help and assistance in many situations arising due to illness, disability, old age or poverty.
We are looking for a support worker to work in a team which delivers support to adults with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, personal care and complex needs.
Candidates should be able to work as part of a team or under their own initiative. Candidates require excellent communication skills and confidence in their ability. Candidates must be willing and able to undertake training to SVQ Level 3, alongside all other training required for service delivery.
The Isobel Rhind Centre is open Monday – Friday, 8.45 am – 4.15pm, although successful candidates may be required to be available for flexible shift patterns.
Although the role is primarily based in the Isobel Rhind Centre, you may also be required to lone work in community based settings or as part of a small team.

Successful applicants will be required to register with the PVG Scheme.
