We are looking for a confident Learning DisabilitiesSupport Worker working Night Only with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygnet Amberwood.Youll be working nights only, working 42 hrs per week, covering weekdays and weekends.The Service:Amberwood Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each persons specific needs. We understand that consistency and continuity of care is important for the individuals we care for.

Your day-to-day as a Support Worker

  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
