Learning disabilities Service Manager

Salary: c. £26,400

Hours: Full-time | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (with flexibility for emergencies/on-call)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Setting: Small residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, complex behaviours and mental health diagnoses

I am seeking a passionate and resilient Service Manager to join an established and dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex behaviours, and mental health needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deputy or team leader experience in CQC-regulated services to take the next step in their career.

You'll work closely with their long-standing and supportive Registered Manager, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care in a warm, homely environment.

What We are Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, Deputy, or Service Manager in a CQC-regulated setting
  • Ideally, experience in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health (Applicants from dementia care and other CQC settings will be considered)
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and a commitment to achieving Level 5
  • A driver with access to a vehicle - essential for the role
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including emergency shift cover and participation in the on-call rota
