Home From Home Care in Lincolnshire is seeking a Learning Disabilities Senior Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care across our specialist homes for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will support individuals in a safe, therapeutic environment and work as part of an approachable Team delivering tailored plans and daily support.
