Job summary

North East Autism Society is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to deliver engaging training programmes across the North East, from onboarding new staff to ongoing professional development. The role is permanent and full-time, primarily based at Chester-Le-Street and Sunderland, with travel to other sites to deliver training as required.

You will be a good team player with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to support the training and development of our organisation. As a Learning and Development Trainer, you’ll deliver engaging learning programs, both in person and online, across a variety of subjects from onboarding new staff to ensuring high quality continuous professional development. As we look to development and grow the team you will be able to offer new opportunities to support the development of our growing organisation. The role will primarily be based at our sites in Chester-Le-Street and Sunderland; but you will be required to travel to any of our sites to deliver training.
