Appello seeks a Learning & Development Trainer to enhance training experiences for employees. This hybrid role requires excellent communication, organization, and training delivery skills. Ideal candidates will have experience with e-learning platforms and a passion for delivering impactful training to both in-office and remote teams.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRAINER
37.5 hours per week
Flexible to business needs
£26,250 - £28,500 per annum, dependent on experience
Norwich - Hybrid (UK-based role; remote work must also be within the UK)

Minimum 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download speeds
You are a fantastic communicator, highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Customer-focused and resilient. Experience in training is essential, including delivering training to both office-based and remote workers. Ability to present information clearly, concisely, and adaptively to diverse audiences. Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) software and remote training delivery is preferred.
Contribute to creating a Center of Excellence (CoE) by sharing best practices across the Appello Group. Deliver a consistent onboarding experience for new employees, mentor new starters, and stay current with procedures. Support the implementation and maintenance of the e-learning platform, ensuring content is relevant, refreshed, and integrated into daily operations.
