Job Description

• Delivery of effective and up to date learning, through a variety of learning events and methods to required delivery standards.
• Deliver learning in line with business needs and priorities.
• Be agile, adaptable, and creative within your delivery, always considering the end user and business requirements
• Evaluate the success of training by assessing the achievement of learning objectives and the success of knowledge transfer.
• Embody our Vision and Values in all delivery.
• Timely reporting of attendance, Management of late notice and non-attendance
• Support L&D Managers with content by providing feedback and recommending updates to materials.
• Collaborate with internal business partners in the creation and delivery of learning content.
• Support Training Centre Manager with training administration tasks including use of the LMS (Kallidus)
• National travel and occasional European travel are a requirement of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience of training delivery
• Experience with operational financial training is an advantage but a willingness to embrace this subject is essential.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops,)
• Ability to assess adult learning and development needs in the training environment.
• Understanding of how to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong active listening and critical thinking ability.
• Effective judgement and decision making.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
• Good computer and database skills.
