We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Training & Learning Specialist to join our team. This role combines e-learning administration, instructional design, and the delivery of training programmes across multiple locations. The successful candidate will support branch staff by providing high-quality training solutions, coordinating with suppliers, and facilitating both online and digital training initiatives.

  • Experience:

    • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
    • Familiarity with virtual meeting tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various branch locations.
