Are you passionate about supporting learners on their teaching journey? At Get Set UK, we're looking for a Learning Development Mentor to manage a caseload of learners, guiding them to success in qualifying as a Teaching Assistant on an apprenticeship program. Your impact

Manage Learner Caseload: Oversee apprentice's and learners, ensuring their progress aligns with individual learning plans.
Training & Support: Deliver training both remotely and face-to-face, guiding learners to achieve their qualifications.
Assessment & Review: Conduct learner reviews and track their development, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards.
Employer Liaison: Communicate regularly with employers to support learner development.
EPA Preparation: Prepare learners for their End-Point Assessments (EPA), helping them achieve their best results.
Functional Skills Support: Provide tailored support, helping learners meet necessary criteria.
Safeguarding: Promote safeguarding, health, and wellbeing for all learners.
